We are excited to offer a new online planroom that will allow you to have your own login information at no cost to you.
Below is a brief description of what this site offers as well as important information regarding the sign up process. As we move forward with this new system, we request that you register with the following instructions to not only help us maintain a current database, but allow us to ensure you get invitations to all the projects you may be interested in.
IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Click on Sign up (on the menu bar) or Register in the upper right hand corner.
Step 2: Enter in the required information. FOR DISPLAY NAME PLEASE PUT YOUR COMPANY NAME.
Step 3: Once login information has been created, please MANAGE PROFILE by clicking on your username in the upper right hand corner. Click on “manage profile”. Please fill out your profile completely. You will be given the option to allow the public, registered users, or only our administrators to view this information. NOTE: Under “Preferences” for your biography, please include the following:
-All the trades your company performs
-Size of project you prefer
-Areas your company serves (i.e. the Wasatch Front,Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Etc.)
-Contractor License Number(s)
Having the above information will enable us to serve you better, as well as make the bid process smoother.
-Sign Up- Allows you to register for your own username & password to access the online planroom.
-Bid Calendar of when plans will be available and bid dates for upcoming/current projects.
-Planroom- View and Download plans, specifications, Addenda, and other important documents for Currently bidding, and past projects. (Must register before access will be given).
